With a passion for clinical excellence and a vision of exceptional patient care, Dr. Staadecker established his practice in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Newport Beach, California. His mission is to help patients achieve and maintain optimum oral and whole body wellness.
Coury Staadecker DDS, MS earned his dental degree from The Ohio State University and his Periodontics Certificate from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD. While pursuing his Periodontics certificate, Dr. Staadecker also earned a Master’s of Science degree from George Washington University.
Presently, Dr. Staadecker is the first and only Board Certified Periodontist with staff privileges at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach. In addition to maintaining a full-time private practice, he is the Director of the prestigious Spear Study Club of Newport Beach, an interdisciplinary dental learning continuum, “University Without Walls.” He is also on Faculty at the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, AZ and former clinical instructor and Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington, Department of Graduate Periodontics. He enjoyed his previous tenure as the Senior Clinical Editor-in-Chief of the Seattle Study Club Journal, reaching over 8000 dentists worldwide.
Dr. Staadecker has earned the distinction of becoming a Board Certified Periodontist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an Accredited Fellow of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. He is on the Advisory Board of Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry and a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Orange County Dental Society.
Dr. Staadecker’s wife is also a dedicated healthcare professional who works at Hoag Hospital as a physician. Outside of the office, Dr. Staadecker enjoys swimming, running, travel and pursuing culinary delights.
