What Makes Dr. Staadecker’s Office Different?
When was the last time you had memorable service? We have found ourselves living in a time where we are being told to do more with less. Its difficult to call any business without going through a phone tree system, oftentimes out-serviced overseas or just simply being treated as a number. Because this has become so commonplace, it is now a cultural norm. Sadly, most of us have come to accept this level of service.
So…Instead of a including a resume, which would include graduating at the top of my class, 2013 Orange County Top Dentist Award, etc., our office has nothing to do with that. It’s something simpler, something more dependable, something more credible…it’s human relationships!!! Our patients are treated like friends and family. Many of our patients have been with us for over 30 years. They often refer their own friends and family, which is the highest form of a compliment.

Once you visit the office, one element becomess evident, we have been working together as a team for a long time. Each team member is empowered with a sense of ownership. Ultimately this translates into an environment where there is accountability and the desire to excel. Whether it is Gay’s warm greeting, Liz’s careful coordination or Maggie’s compassion, it is our intent to treat you like family. We have come to understand that it’s the little things that count.
We have many of the same operating principles that legendary service industries such as the Ritz Carlton have adopted. Much of our team continuing education is devoted to customer service to give our patients the optimal experience. I reach out to each of our new patients before they come to our office. Understanding that coming to a new office is sometimes uncomfortable. I often call our new patients before their examination to introduce myself. This is just another way to try to make you feel more at ease and comfortable. I am often told, “No doctor has ever called me before…” or “you made me feel so much better about our appointment today!” I am genuinely concerned about how our patients do after a procedure. If I had a procedure done, I would want to get checked-up on. So, I call each of our patients in the evening to see if they have any questions or concerns following a procedure. With everything that is going on, a patient may forget some of the follow-up instructions and ask, “when can I brush my teeth again?” or “when should I start my antibiotics?” Whatever the issue, we are here for you.

We set aside time to explain what is being done and to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed.
